I am delighted to welcome you to Wisborough Green Primary School, a very special one-form-entry school, set in an idyllic location in the heart of a strong village community. Within an attractive and stimulating environment, including an extensive Forest School area, our dedicated team have developed a broad and balanced curriculum full of rich experiences.

I am incredibly proud to be part of a school community that encourages all its members to “be the best that we can be”. We value every child individually, inspiring them to develop a deep curiosity and love of learning.  Children are encouraged to discover and develop their own strengths and talents, across a breadth of experiences, both academically and through the arts, sport and music.

With the children at the heart of every decision, our inspirational staff, supportive parents and forward-thinking governors work together, to ensure that they are happy, safe and confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs both now and as future leaders of the 21st century.

We are a friendly, caring school with high expectations for all our pupils. Through our seven ‘Behaviour for Learning’ core values, which underpin all aspects of teaching and learning, children become confident, caring, independent, reflective, respectful and resourceful learners.

I hope that our website provides all the information that you require but it cannot replace the first-hand experience of coming to visit us. If you have suggestions to make about its content and design or would like to know more about our school family, then please contact the school office. Our children and I would be delighted to show you around and introduce you to everyone who makes Wisborough Green such a special and incredible place.

Kind regards,

Mrs Caroline Bennett
Headteacher
