We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the gold award from the Anti-bullying Alliance, for our commitment towards safeguarding in school.
We enjoyed a lovely Harvest celebration led by the Year 5's at the church and followed by a Harvest sale led by our Year 6 ambassadors.
The children enjoyed listening to all of the presentations for Democracy day.
Thank you to the village market for accommodating our budding entrepreneurs. The children were able to sell their goods that they had created from the Fiver Challenge at the village market, impressing many visitors to the market with their creative ideas.
The children well and truly 'Dazzled' at our performance this week - well done to all.
On Tuesday, the Year 6 boys went to Horsham Cricket Club to play in the Kwik Cricket 8 aside tournament, The boys went from strength to strength and played some exceptional cricket. LM hit 7 sixes, LS hit 4's & 6's. Other high scores came from GB & GC with HD and CF bowling some low scoring overs. The boys showed great sportsmanship and passion for the game.
We had a wonderful sports morning, with some circus themed races for the children to take part in. Everyone was impressed with the children's stamina and team work, to take part in the day.
Phoebe passed her grade 2 national gymnastics comp last Sunday in Guildford with distinction and qualified in 3rd place to join the South East National 2 team now heading for national finals in stoke on Trent in May!!! Congratulations Phoebe!
